Sadly, this couch isn’t holding upSeijethGreen is my favourite colour. So naturally I was obsessed with this piece. I visited IKEA a few times to test it out and get the opinion of a friend. After many praises I decided to put out and purchase my very first couch at my first place . It’s been 3-4 months since purchasing, sadly this couch isn’t holding up. The fabric is noticeably pilling. The fabric is rippling. There is also no underlay beneath the couch to keep out dust. Overall I am very displeased and wish I had chosen another piece. 1
Not great TiffanyI wanted to love this sofa, but there are some glaring flaws that make it a pass. 1. The cushions are down to the frame but still have creases between them that go all the way down making crumbs and things fall in. I have to purchase a hand held vacuum with a thin narrow attachment because of this issue. If the seats were simply stitched together at the top, or there was a shallow gusset inside, this could be totally unavoidable. 2.The tall headrests don't attach or secure to the frame at all, they just sit on top meaning when you have the sofa against a wall they push forward and never look aligned. A simple strip of velcro or something (anything?) to hold the headrests on is a hugely overlooked error. I want to love this couch because it has a tall back and is firm, but it really needs some Basic improvements2
