For example, it would be much easier when installing the backplate if the two tabs were nailed in first and then use the remaining nails to secure the backplate. If you follow the instructions and then you have no nails left to install the tabs. It's not like Ikea is new to this, they should have a video to show each piece being installed properly

Big CupboardRochelleThis is a big cupboard with lots of storage. It takes up a lot of space in the corner and is also the higher version (40") so be very sure of what you want to keep in here. Corners are difficult anyway and I have used it for appetizer dishes, bigger pots, all my bigger tupperware and things I use maybe once a month.It really has freed up space in other cupboards so I'm happy with that. But i need a stool to get to the top shelves and the opening is very narrow. Also the glass Bodbyn door that we bought for it has a noticeable gap on the hinge side and no-one knows how to rectify it.

Cabinet reviewKevinI have installed a variety of kitchen cabinet manufacturers. I really like the system that Ikea has developed in their Sektion cabinets. They attach easily to the wall and they are aligned perfectly. Quick and easy to install. Reasonably well built cabinets. Every accessory that you need is readily available. Well recently you had to wait a lot but that's life.

Missing hinge to attach doorAnonymous reviewerWe bought this unit and so far it has remained doorless. The unit did not include the hinges needed to close the door. Instead, the kitchen planner at the store had us order 153° Hinges at the time of buying the kitchen. These hinges hold the door too far off the cabinet revealing a gap and preventing the adjacent door from opening, so we had to remove the door. We do live within driving distance to Ikea and have not been able to get a replacement. Disappointed that the unit did not include the hinges for it. :(

A kitchen that took us around the world
Whatever your dream kitchen is, it’s probably different from many other people’s dreams. This we learned when researching kitchen desires around the globe. Our conclusion for the SEKTION kitchen system: it should make it possible to design the best kitchen for you – whatever your preferences and living situation.
Our ambition is to help as many as possible to have a kitchen they'd love to be in. We started sketching. “When we created SEKTION, it was our biggest ever kitchen change, so it's fair to say we were very keen to get it right,” says technician Klas-Ola Nilsson.

From research to result
One element became blindingly important. “We realized we needed a kitchen system that could adapt to different sized spaces in a way that hadn't been done before,” Klas-Ola says. “So, we developed cabinets that could fit almost anywhere.” Different sizes can be mixed to best fit the room and they'll still fit together – without odd ends. The clever inside can be personalized to support your kitchen needs and activities, too.

Material
What is particleboard?
Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
