The perfect solutionDavidWe had a breakfast bar area next to our dining room that was never used. Basically wasted space. So we bought four of these units had them fitted perfectly into the space and extended the quartz countertop as a finishing. Now we have that much more storage space and it looks absolutely gorgeous.
disappointed Tanyabought this cabinet and the 24 inch really disappointing that this size doesn't come with the reinforcement rail...why do we need to buy numerous different pieces when they should come with the cabinet especially if one size does and another doesn't makes zero sense now we have to order a separate piece very frustrating

Great quality for the priceRobThis is the 3rd set of Sektion kitchen cabinets from IKEA that I have purchased and installed. They have the very good quality of higher end cabinets with a bargain basement price. They are easy to put together and last over time. They all have soft close doors and the cabinets always fit perfectly. 5 stars all day long. I used these ones for a built in look under our TV in the rec room. I’ll be buying more when we redo the kitchen.

Simple for a DIY install. AnonymousAs long as you know how to read instructions and diagrams you will be ok. Easy to put together. If you mess up and wreck something you can return it for a another one which is great, but obviously inconvenient. I have installed several custom kitchens and have found Ikea to have the best value. There door hinges and drawer hardware are top quality and I have never had to replace one yet in over 10 years.

I used this under a cooktop. I'm sure other consumers do the same. Would like IKEA to offer the option to switch the flimsy flat brace for a stronger metal brace like the sink units have.
Would be great to see at least the attachment zones strengthened in the particle board as screws tend to spin and not lock in to the low density material. Recommend longer screws with wider thread.
Ikea kitchenRhondaLove most things about it. Although still waiting for some pcs. (I know sign of the times) within instructions for the under sink cabinet drawer they instruct you to put a screw thru metal plate and into cabinet facing which has now sadly gone thru my cabinet- ruins the look and excitement. I enjoyed putting most of the kitchen together . When I get all parts I will be able to complete and let you know the functionality
