Could be better in designRichardFirst seems like it was second thought in the amount of parts needed to build this. It would have been more USABLE if this top drawer could be detached from the top drawer . Would yeild more room and strange and line of sight. Bottom drawer could be deeper to have more strenght in the door front Optional top drawer should be around 15" from bottom with an internal drawer front and optional have a third internal drawer for cultlery .2

Great cabinet and so handy!SherryWe love having our garbage and recycling hidden, we also added an interior drawer at the top for supplies, garbage bags etc Our only complaint is that the only support for the drawer front is at the very bottom so there is a lot of flex in the door when you pull the drawer out, it needs reinforcing.4

Material

What is particleboard?

Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
