Cotton is a soft, natural material that breathes, absorbs moisture and feels comfortable against your skin.

The loosely woven muslin fabric has a wavy, airy texture that feels soft against the skin.

Duvet cover with plastic press-stud closure at the bottom.

Pillowcase with envelope closure.

Sheds cotton dust like crazyLucasWould not recommend this cover. Sheds a constant stream of cotton dust. 2
Duvet coverCarolThe duvet cover and pillows are soft and lovely to the touch, and I appreciate that it is made from organic cotton. When I washed the duvet, however, it shed a lot of cotton fluff which literally filled my dust pan. Had to vacuum the carpet, too. Not sure if this is a one time thing or not. Sent my concern to IKEA and so far no response.4

Beautiful but not as breathable as expectedAnonymousI love the look and the feel of this duvet and was so excited to sleep in it but woke up hot. I have the ikea cooling duvet and used the ÄNGSLILJA with no issues. The SCHERSMIN has a higher thread count so I guess that might be the reason it was a lot hotter to sleep with. Unfortunately it won't work for summer for 'hot sleepers'4
So so soft.TatyanaI love it. Extremely soft and pleasant to skin. It is a bit bigger for my queen blanket, about extra 20 cm for both sides but it does not bothering me.5
