Smells Like a Wet DogSamanthaDuvet smells like a wet dog after washing, and drying thoroughly --following the care instructions-- TWICE. Tried airing it out flat with all the windows open for a day. The smell is awful and isn't any better.1
Heavy and flatKelseyI personally don’t like this duvet. Shipping was horrendous as well. The duvet is heavy and lacks volume. It is pretty flat looking on your bed. IKEA returns are a nightmare so likely won’t buy stuff from there anymore unless I purchase in store and see it in person before purchasing. I don’t understand why this got so many great reviews. The one we were using before from Amazon was better than this. Also note there are no loops to tie the duvet in the corners so you end up having to tie the corners of the duvet which takes away from the duvet itself and causes it to fit poorly inside of a cover. Not worth the money. 1

Super soft, warm, cool and cozyJorgeWe were a bit hesitant about paying extra for the 90% down - 10% feathers while at the store, but decided to go for it instead of buying the less expensive options that are almost all feathers and very little down.
We couldn’t be happier about the decision to get this duvet. It is super soft and it feels lush in our little one’s bed. She loves it as it keeps her temperature regulated. She normally gets hot through the night with synthetic duvets and gets cold when she takes them off. However, with this almost all down duvet she is covered all night long keeping her comfy at the right temperature.
The quality of the duvet fabric is great and we love that there are no feathers sticking out of the cover poking her skin.
Would totally recommend spending the extra money for it!5
