Finally the correct lampCarlosThis is not an "angled desk lamp". This is a mini "overhead" lamp, with a proper shade that lets light through yet it impedes the bulb's shine to hit the eyes. Perfect. It adjusted to my RELATERA small size table right on the edge, it leaves a small space on the clamp but holds much better than other clamp-based IKEA lamps.
The light flood is just correct and precise, from above, the way it should be. For the customer complaining about "it did not provide enough light for the projects" the solution is very simple: CHANGE THE BULB. IKEA provides two types with the suitable GU10 base: The SOLHETTA 380 lm and 600 lm. I bought both and currently using the 380 lm, but if I need more light then I just switch to the 600 lm. Done.
Nice lamp but poor light throw.KathrynPurchased this lamp for a puzzle desk but found that it did not provide enough light for the projects. Tried other bulbs but still same issue. Ended up returning it.
