Comfy, but be carefulEmilyBought this couch from a self-serve click and collect kiosk in store. When I got home and opened the boxes, I couldn’t get past the first step of assembly because one of the parts was missing the threaded insert nuts for the screws to go into. I also realized that I was only given one pair of legs. When I went back into store, they were able to replace the faulty part, but they insisted on charging me for the second set of legs — apparently there was only one set in my order. I think it should be implied that if I were to add an entire couch to my click and collect cart (I did not add them piece by piece), two sets of legs should be automatically included in the order. Maybe I shouldn’t have assumed. Once I finally got all the parts, it was easy to assemble by myself. I am pleased with the product so far, but getting the correct pieces was a headache. The quality control and attention to detail was disappointing. Just be careful with what you have before leaving the store.

Very pretty and comfy, but…Kelly….but what’s with the wrinkling on the arm padding? Once the cover is put on, it causes wrinkling in the padding underneath that you can feel and see through the cover. I still LOVE this couch, but would love a fix for this, IKEA!!!
