The slightly sloped headboard with 2 comfy big pillows is perfect as a backrest when you sit up and read in bed or just relax with a cup of coffee.

The entire bed frame cover is removable and machine washable, making your SAGESUND bed easy to keep clean and use for a long time.

The cover is made of Diseröd fabric that is soft to touch and makes bedtime even cozier.

The strong and sturdy wooden legs made of solid oak enhance the warm and natural look of the bed frame.

There is plenty of room under the bed for storage boxes, perfect when you want to maximise the use of the space.

You can easily vacuum under the bed frame to keep the space clean and dust-free.

Adjustable bed sides allow you to use mattresses of different thicknesses.

LURÖY slatted bed base with curved slats helps to absorb your body weight and supports your body, while the open construction allows air to circulate and keeps the mattress fresh.

Do not buy. JesykaBeautiful bed, but the fabric around it is attached with Velcro and doesn't stay in place. It’s already coming loose and starting to sag—and I just bought it. We now cover it with a blanket because it doesn’t look nice. I have no idea why IKEA went with such a poor design. I would have returned it, but I paid someone to deliver and assemble it, and I don’t want to pay again to bring it back. Very disappointing.1

Squeaky!MaggieThis bed fit a lot of our criteria, as it has no footboard and a comfy headboard to lean against. It also fits our Casper king mattress well (tightly wedges in with no gaps or issues). But the wood on wood joints are way squeakier than ikea’s metal beds. We have had ikea beds for years and this is the first wooden one, and is definitely the loudest. Even slight movement at night makes noise. I thought we could live with it but it’s getting annoying. We just passed our 90 day return window and we live 4+ hours from the nearest store, or I would be returning it for sure :(2

“When designing SAGESUND, my idea was to make a very soft and inviting bed, that also offers support when you sit up in bed and read or just relax. I wanted the headboard to be like puffy pillows, so when you lean against them, they will give you the feeling of sinking into a soft wall of cushions. The comfortable shape is complemented with material that is naturally soft to the touch and enhances the bed frame's cozy, warm and welcoming expression."
