Terrible Quality and Even Worse Customer ServiceLongyanI am extremely disappointed with both the quality of this clock and IKEA’s customer service. I paid over $60 for a clock that lasted barely more than a year before it started running slow. Even after replacing the batteries, it still fails to keep accurate time. When I went back to IKEA, I was told they only accept returns within one year — which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point. A clock should last for years, not just twelve months. This experience has made me lose trust in IKEA’s quality and after-sales support. I will seriously reconsider shopping here again.1
