Best Deal In TownGingerThis obsession with microfibre is a mass delusion. It moves moisture around, it does not absorb. Cotton sucks up moisture. So, I was really glad to find these for a very fair price. Which is not always easy when synthetics are dirt cheap. Nice to see great products at great prices. I also bought the Hildegun towels. They are thinner but very nice and soft.5

Hard to find good cotton dishcloths at a reasonable price. These fit the bill. The dry the dishes nicely, and are inexpensive enough so you don't feel to bad wiping something off the floor.

I use these as table napkins! I love the geometric designs. I've had other Ikea dishtowels that weren't absorbent at all, but these are great. Will buy another set as backup.

What is cotton?

Cotton is one of the world's most appreciated and used natural fibres. Textiles in cotton are soft, hardwearing and can be washed at high temperatures. They are also good at breathing and absorbing moisture – making them pleasant to wear close to the body. Today at IKEA we use more and more recycled cotton and strive to make sure that all the new cotton we use has been grown and produced with less and less amounts of pesticides, fertilizers and water.
