Get this for every room with curtainsIrisThis item is so convenient and works like magic. It eliminates a need for pull cords and it can be used to fetch other items that might be high up. Love it, have one for every room. Purchased more as gifts as well.
amazingAnonymousWorks great for curtains and roller blinds. super easy to hook onto whatever hook is on your fabric curtains, or the little O handle on small roller blinds (also from IKEA). extends, but can still be used unextended. i.e. it's not so loose that it extends itself when you don't want it to. such a simple and inexpensive solution if you need to reach your high curtains, or if you don't want to install poles on your curtains permanently.
Extension pull. TracyBought the roller blind and as it was in the staircase of two storey home figured this plus 12 ft ladder would work! Can also be used to open other curtains etc if needed.
Decent draw rod but could be betterPeterServed its purpose. Retractable function is nice. However, the material (gauge of metal) could be thicker as the rod is not very strong when extended. Not rigid enough when its extended.
works well for pulling downBonnieworks well for pulling down and pushing up when the window is tall

Works well. I have 2MaryWorks well. I have 2 use something to pull my clean clothes from my washer. This actually works best of all things I’ve tried. So it’s sturdy enough for blinds and clothing. How about that!
Adjustable and most useful for pulling down blindJillAdjusts well and locks into place making it easy to pull down blinds from higher up.
UselessPhilippeThe way the prongs are curved makes it really hard to grab the pull handles on my IKEA shades. Much faster to just grab them by hand. Disappointed.
Looks well made and pleasedLornaLooks well made and pleased it comes with valance!

Material
What is aluminium?
After iron, aluminium is the world's most used metal and has a very wide range of uses. It’s easy to shape and lightweight, but is still strong and durable. In our range we use it for things like kitchen utensils, curtain rods and tealight cups. A big advantage with aluminium is that it can be recycled again and again without losing its quality. Recycling consumes only a fraction of the energy required to produce aluminium from new raw materials.
