Works well to cool but need to reposition occasionallyRandyInitially bought this to use as a mattress pad, but found it much too small and did not really do well at cooling the entire body. The problem is that if it is laid under even a thin blanket or throw, it negates the cooling effect.
Trying it on my pillow, it works well as long as I did not put into a pillow cover. When you lay your head on, there is initial cooling, but it will gradually warm up (it does not stay cool). But moving your pillow over even a few inches to another spot you can feel the coolness right away. So it works well, but do need to adjust the pillow often to catch a cool spot. The good thing is the fabric does cool quickly, so moving back to the previous spot on the sheet you can feel the coolness again.
This works well so I needed to get a second one as I need to wash these every few days during the hot summer.5

The surface is really coolSheleyThe material of the surface is really cool. But make sure it is not wholly kept inside your duvet. I put it in my duvet and try to use it as a cool bedding sheet. When the whole sheet is warm, it becomes not cool enough. But it is still good that if you just expose it to the air again for several seconds.4

Cooling mat cools long enoughPearlThis cooling mat is cool enough and long enough for me to get back to sleep. I keep it in my mini fridge upstairs and pull it out in the middle of the night when I'm too hot to get back to sleep.
The mat is large enough that I roll from one edge to the other edge to extend the cooling effect.
