AWFULTaraI'm praying to God that my landlord did not pay full price for this. If you want a light wash with cold water that doesn't clean well, step right up. Despite being well seasoned at pushing buttons in order to accomplish kitchen tasks, I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get hot water or a setting that will do anything more strenuous than wash coffee cups. As well, the posts for dishes are so close together that you need an ephemeral thought of a plate, not an actual ceramic item, if you want to fit something into the allocated spaces. It looks nice, but at this point, I'd rather have the storage space it has stolen.
Don’t do it.MichelleWe took a chance on this dishwasher since it’s in a property that doesn’t get daily use. Unfortunately, like many others, it stopped working after a very short time and now displays the infamous E3 error code.
Haven’t even started the headache of dealing with customer service yet, and based on other reviews I’m already anticipating the “your location is too remote” conversation. Wish me luck.
Best Little Dishwasher!ShyanneI love it! The way the drawers are positioned you can put pots and/or tall items on the top and bottom. It washes a load in 55 minutes. We live off grid with a small solar system and it runs my little dishwasher no problem at all. I rinsed nothing and my dishes come out perfectly clean. I highly recommend!
Nice but died too soonVictorWorked well the first few weeks and then E3 error. Called Ikea and they quickly placed a call for service. The service company communication is poor. I never heard from the service and had to contact Ikea again. About 2 weeks from the first call, service arrived and had to order a new part. I had to call again to get an eta for the part arrival because no communication. I have to wait more than one month for the part to arrive. Total down time will be over 2 month, assuming the part arrives as scheduled.
Love itAnneMy dishes sparkle! Dries well! Options ate a little awkward! The stabilizing clips were missing and will take a month to arrive, otherwise I’m pleased with it!
Where to get parts?Anonymous reviewerThe first time I used the dishwasher it did not dry well. I thought maybe it is because it is new? The second time it did not dry well again. The third time it did not wash and show error E3 which is either the heater or the PCB parts that are defective.
After multiple calls to Ikea nobody could come in my rural area so they decided to reimburse me. This was much appreciated. But now the kitchen is all done so a change of design is not really possible or would be too costly.
So where can I get parts for the repair? I understand the warranty is nil because I got a full refund and that is fine. The repair guys in my area don't want to come because they can't get parts... What a nightmare.

Doesn’t Dry WellJamieIt cleans dishes well! But drying… it doesn’t do a very good job! I bought it to help with baby bottles. Well it doesn’t even dry them with the extra dry setting. Also the touch buttons are horrible! Take a few tries to change the setting and hard to see the writing.
Broke after three monthsKeitaThe dishwasher front is the same item number as a cabinet front, so bear in mind that each time you open the dishwasher you will see the drilled out holes for the cabinet hardware.
The dishwasher washed well for two months but then completely failed after three months, and the repair process involved over an hour of on the phone with support to call a repair company that not only did not have parts to fix the issue but incorrectly closed the ticket. We had to rip the dishwasher out ourselves and return it to the store.
