Overall way less comfortable than what it felt like in store.
Doesn't last, prone to sagging. MelanieI've had the parup loveseat for less than a year and the cushions are all misshapen. The back cushions are now sad flopping trapezoids and the seat cushions are prone to slipping forward, causing the back cushions to lean, so I'm constantly adjusting everything. The couch bows down in the middle, so even if I sit on the far side, I'm being pulled towards the middle and it's causing back aches.
I've tightened all the screws, bolts and frame parts and it helped for a week, but then went right back. Reset all the upholstery and covers, and not dice.
Decent but not perfectCanEasy to unpack and install. litterally takes around 30-40 mins to complete.
However the price is high for the quality it offers. The cover cloth is mostly wrinkled and not getting smooth and straight especially on visible areas in the front

Great for small space, terrible cushionsMichelleI purchased this for my tiny house as the size was perfect. I can comfortably lay down on it and the styling is sleek and not overwhelming. However, pretty much from day 1 the seat cushions have been terrible. It is like the covers are too small for the cushions so the cushions end up “bowed”. They are not comfortable to sit on and I have taken to sitting on a throw pillow. I have had this couch for a year and a half and now the cushions are buckled with a pucker in the center. Not sure how to describe it clearly, kind of like they are concertinaed from not having enough space in the covers. When I sat on the model in the store, it was very comfy. The covers wash great and it looks good other than that.

Wrapped coils in seat cushions make a difference.PatrickWe tried this in the Calgary store ahead of time to make sure we found it comfortable and it is. The wrapped coils in the seat cushions make a difference in comfort. This isn't the only sofa or love seat to use the same "sling" system for support. Assembly was easy for *two* people, as long as you are methodical and follow the illustrated guide in the proper sequence.

Cushions bow and sag in less than a weekMarleneThis Parup series has insufficient base support for the weight of the cushions. It will look 10 years old in less than a week due to sagging, bowed cushions. It is cheaply made....do not buy!

Very comfortable…SusanThe reason for only three stars is that it doesn’t give me the impression that it is going to last very long. I had my last couch for 5 years, and it was like new when I sold it (I was moving and couldn’t bring it). The cushions that go behind your back curve when you sit and hold that shape when you get up, for too long, in my opinion. This is the first piece of cushioned furniture I have felt would not stand the rest of time, from ikea. Normally, I find the quality excellent. I sincerely hope I am wrong, and that it keeps it’s shape and look.
