Great stove, oven is questionableAnonymous reviewerBought this stove for our off grid cabin. Looks great, install was straitforward and the burners work perfectly after converting to propane (had a gas technician do it). The oven heats up quick, but gets too hot! After reading other reviews about uneven heat, I used an oven thermometer to make sure the temp was right. After setting it at 350F, letting it heat for 10-15 min, my 1st batch of cookies were ok, a little more well done than usual. I checked the thermometer and it read almost 450! The internal fan was on, so I turned it down to 320. The second batch burned. The oven thermometer didn’t budge and stayed up over 450. I have no idea if there’s an adjustment for this but it’s a little disappointing, so beware!
