Low simmer burner keeps a low, even temperature and is perfect for delicate foods and sauces.
You can move pots without lifting thanks to the continuous corner-to-corner grates.

When installing the cooktop in a base cabinet with doors or drawers, complete with NYTTIG filler piece/cooktop separator 30", sold separately. The barrier prevents reaching the cooktop from below and getting burned.
