Cover is nice but the foam is dissapointingYatesThe description says it is 5cm thick so I expected close to 5cm foam and a thin cover. The cover is very good quality but when unzipped, I found the foam is only 2 cm thick and very firm. The remaining 3 cm is polyester fill (cheap pillow material) which compresses and provides no comfort. Will return it immediately.2
The zipper is stuck OlehThe zipper is stuck at the very end and made it nearly impossible to open. The advertised option to be machine washable is not available then because of the zipper.1

Disappointing DanguoleBought to replace a topper that didn't work out, this one also didn't work out. It shifts as soon as someone sits on the bed, even with a mattress protector to hold it in place. Also, it scarcely expanded, let alone to 2". Like our first topper, it is going to charity.3
It does help ShawnI feel like it does help a sagging mattress. It's not a board so it's not going to eliminate the sag but it provides a firm support. 4
