Seat cushions filled with high-resilience foam and polyester fibre wadding provide great seating comfort.

These wooden legs give MORABO sofa and armchair a warm and natural look.

Djuparp cover is made of velvet which, through a traditional weaving technique, gives the fabric a warm, deep colour and a soft surface with a dense pile and light, reflective shine.

Removable armrests make it easy to add on a chaise lounge.

Good to know

To keep your sofa looking good, you should regularly flatten out creases and wrinkles with your hand.

The velvet reflects light in a characteristic way which may make the color appear as if it changes.

Press marks that may appear on the velvet usually disappear in time. With your hand, you can gently stroke in the direction of the pile or use a clothes brush. You can also use the vacuum cleaner with the soft nozzle.

Small fibers may appear on velvet. It happens naturally and they disappear over time and can also be removed with a lint roller.

Wet marks should always be dried off as soon as possible to stop moisture penetration.

Remove dust with a lint remover.

Light stains can be removed with a damp sponge or a mild soapy solution.

To make sure that velvet maintains its look and feel, it needs to be cared for regularly according to the care instructions included with the product.

Safety and compliance

The cover has a lightfastness level of 5 (the ability to resist color fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.This cover's ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 25,000 cycles. A cover that withstands 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture that should withstand everyday use in the home.

Great sofaWayneLove this sofa: firm cushions; perfect seat width and frame height; arms are just the right height with sufficient padding; length is perfect for naps (I'm 5'2"); back cushions are very firm and narrow in width (I don't lean back when sitting on the sofa, so the firmness is perfect); like that all 4 seat cushions are held in place by velcro (keeps them from shifting). I bought the dark grey colour for practical purposes (would've loved to have this sofa in rusty orange or dark yellow). The material has a smooth, heathered feel and appearance and fits snug due to it being stapled onto the frame. I draped a dark brown sheepskin small rug across the seats to keep the sofa clean - looks great! Easiest assembly ever: add legs + add cushions (the frame arrived pre-assembled). I chose the metal legs after a review stated the wood legs seemed wobbly- the metal legs are heavy and solid. This sofa has a MCM vibe to it. Very pleased with the look, quality, and IFM price! Delivery was excellent.5

Lovely StyleMyaI bought this in the blue velvet material; the color is lovely but the fabric does attract fuzz, we use a lint roller on it often. The seat and back are nice and firm, it has a fairly deep seat which we like. I wish the cushions were flippable for longevity, but they are only fully uphostered on one side.4
This couch will end your relationshipAidanUsed to have a great relationship- until I got this couch! Met a girl- funny, smart, beautiful, everything was going great until I got this couch. This couch is deceptive: it seems like it would be perfect however it’s juuust not quite deep enough to comfortable cuddle on. The length is a little awkward too, as it literally caused distance between us. Soon after getting this couch we stopped talking, cuddling didn’t work, and our love life was basically non-existent. Couch cursed? You be the judge- but I will say that our relationship became so broken that not even IKEA’s trusty allen keys could put it back together. (Great colour though, can be disassembled for easy transport if need be, and cat loves it.). 4/10 for couples, 7/10 for single person with cat. 4

Looks nice, but arms become looseLawrenceI regret buying this sofa. It looks nice in the store, but both arms have become loose after several months and the fabric is rough and has started pilling. We do lean on the sofa arms, but we don’t put unreasonable weight or “crash into” them. Now both arms lean outwards and I’m afraid they’ll eventually break off. I flipped the couch over and the visible screws appear tight so there’s probably some internal threading that’s loose from the chipboard. 2

So bad quality and fabric RanaIf water falls on it, after it dries it becomes like a spot of dirt. Its color is light brown and leaves a trace behind it and it is not easily cleaned at all. I am talking about the green color of it.1

best decision!RebeccaOne of the best Ikea purchases I've made. It's firm, which I wanted, long enough to easily sleep on it if needed (I'm 5'9"), and the low back makes it comfy for sitting. It was hard to get through my door ways, so I had to take off one of the arms (4 bolts, super easy) so if you don't have a lot of wiggle room, that might help you. Love it. Will be purchasing another sofa or loveseat soon.5
