Very nice you have to buy other parts for it. AngelinaI only bought the light and when I opened it, there was no plug. It does say on the box no plug but honestly IKEA’s app or website should tell you you have to buy something else with it to work. I hear people say there’s a dimmer on it I’m not sure if I have to buy that separately either so now I have to make another trip to IKEA.

CompatibilityKenThis light was situated on the showroom floor right beside the MILSBO display case suggesting they go together and the website shows this light is frequently purchased with the MILSBO. As one previous reviewer mentioned, you would have to drill into the metal of the display case and thus have sharp screws protruding out the top.
As this is the only IKEA solution, I will be purchasing thick double-side tape and use lots of it to mount the light to the inside of the display case or purchase lights with magnetic mounts.

For use in MILSBOEdmondSpecifically in the context of using them in a MILSBO display cabinet:
-No mounting option provided, you must provide either double sided tape or magnets yourself
-Wire is white instead of matching the frame's color, so wishing to hide the cable limits you to the length of the wire cover provided
-No RGB options, which for a display cabinet is a significant missed opportunity

These lights have a Color hue that does not match my other kitchen lighting and it does not look nearly as nice as it could. I prefer a higher temperature Color to what these produce.
