Bad CRI index, looks green AlexEasy to install and connect, but the CRI on this light is terrible. There is a very clear green hue shift especially on white countertops, and even more evident when other lights in the kitchen are on. This is indicative of a low quality LED and poor QA on IKEA’s side.
Flexibility is great.RobertCombined various lengths to create the sizing I need. Looks fantastic once installed. Effective diffuser, no visible hot spots. Make sure you have all the parts you need to daisy chain the power, etc. Careful grabbing them in the store; some have the same name even though they are a plug vs an inline cable.
First impressions.ChristianOnly just installed these. Went up very easily. Looks great. I wish the brightest setting was a little brighter. Also, I find the light to be a bit yellow compared to what I was used to. It’s growing on me though. It makes the kitchen feel warm.

Good quality, easy to install, BUT...Jay...the light color is 2700k, which is a very depressing and off-putting yellow. Modern appliances such as an above stove microwave have a more white light, (4500k) and it clashes with a light at 2700k. I personally don't want to wash dishes with everything lit up like a dingy shed. On the plus side, it's easy to install and is well made. Sadly, I'll be returning it.

I’ve genuinely never been this annoyedShamsYou buy this product thinking that its a great and discreet way to add light to your house. But then, you don't realize that there are 3 other pieces not included that you have to buy individually, one of those three isn’t even mentioned so you might make my same mistake of going back and purchasing the two mentioned on the website only to have to return a third time for the randomly unmentioned third missing piece. The result: the convenience is gone, you’ve spent far more than anticipated, and now you have the ugliest least discreet pile of cables that you font know where to put all for a single stupid bar of light. Genuinely fuming. A simple lamp would have been far simpler and cheaper and wouldn’t look half as messy and horrible as the current overpriced pile of cables sitting awkwardly next to my bed.

Amazing lightHenryThere's a reason these lights are literally flying off the shelves at IKEA. They deliver great task lighting at affordable price. Hooking them up to the transformer and getting the light controller to work is a bit tricky

Under cabinet lightingScottThis lighting was easy to install and the installation is very clean looking. The wiring can slide in behind the cabinets so all the connections can be made on top of the cabinets and out of sight are very nicely thought out product.

Excellent modular systemBrianWe really like the modular system with the different lengths which can be joined together. Installation was very strait forward (you have to press quite hard to get them to snap into place - feels quite secure). The brightness range when using the Tradfri dimmer is just right for an under-cabinet light in the kitchen. I do wish they would offer some different lengths of Ansluta and Vagdal cords though (we have a lot of excess coiled up).

Great lightsLeahGreat lights with easy installation. Make sure you plan well. You'll need a cord any time there's an interruption in the connected lights, including corners. You'll need a controller if there's a break in the upper cabinets also. Don't forget to grab a wireless switch also.
