Dryer damageKaterinaYou can't put this product into a dryer, even if you dry on low or no hear. It bakes the bottom plastic material together and makes the cover unusable. We had issues returning it as we first air dryed it after the purchase but then had to use dryer the second time after 6 month, the whole thing just backed together. we were told it is too long since the purchase and they do not except our return. We eventually managed to reason with the ikea manager and get a replacement product, but the whole experience was very stressful, cost lots of time and we ended with the same crappy product. Ikea, you used to be a quality shop with great customer policy. Unfortunately, you no longer are.1

Today I washed this cover for the first time before using and after taking it out of the dryer, there are holes all over the bottom layer. Not just holles, but the layer seems to stick together? Very weird, I owned this mattress protector in the past and never had any problem with it. Absolutely not worth the money. 1
