Worked out of box, ridiculous priceSergeI'm so happy I didn't follow the negative reviews here and went on to try it. I have two phones, the newer one worked right out of box. With the other one, the port has finally given up and wireless was the only chance to keep it running. It was dropping connection at first till I realized (with help, you know where) that it may just be the power block. You need older slower power block for older phones maybe because they fail to negotiate higher power levels. That was it, snap. I bought two anticipating a chance of failure now going to keep both. Still half the price of most alternatives for one. It's just a shame that whenever a good cheap product comes around it's almost invariably "improved" till it's not cheap anymore. Get it now, while they're still available.

Charges for a few seconds then stopsMichaelI have other wireless chargers that work, so I know it isn't user error. It shouldn't be this hard to get it to work. Please save your money. I should have read the reviews first, but I had store credit since IKEA refused to give me my money back on another lousy purchase there and I thought it was worth a shot. Why bother selling such a poor product? Kind of ruins their credibility. These reviews prove it. If I'm driving by in the next week, I'll return it, otherwise it's useless. Too bad.
too weak to charge phonesTimIt charges for 5 seconds then stops and doesn't restart. Utter waste of money. I don't have the receipt and won't go wait 30min in line to return it. E-waste garbage.
Basecally GarbageNicolasIt worked intermittently. It was unbearable. It's a simple object: it either works or it doesn't. I threw it against the wall. I hope it was worth it for Ikea to save $0.22 on materials at the expense of reliability, because for me it's $10 down the drain.
Always error. Regret buying CeciliaShould have read the reviews before picking them up, definitely regret buying them. Agree with all the reviews, it errors out after 15 seconds, and removing my phone from it doesn’t resolve the issue. I have to unplug the SITTBRUNN cable from the LIVBOJ to reset it. Tried again and put my phone on it, after 15 seconds, it flashes in error again. It works better when the phone case is removed but, frankly, no one has time to remove the phone case every time when the phone needs charging. Will be returning all 5 of them.

Does not chargeAlishaThis did not work for our phones. Other ones I have used before magnetize onto the device so it stays in place while charging. This needed the device to sit on it in a very specific spot and even without moving it I found it wouldn’t charge long. Will be returning.
