Very disappointing – I do not recommendInnaIt hasn’t even been three months since I bought this bed, and it already started to squeak terribly. It’s impossible to sleep, it wakes up everyone in the house. Is there any way to do something about this situation after the exchange period has expired?
Not very comfortable and very creekyJeffI was optimistic that this sofa would soften o error time but its been more than a year and no such happening. Also this couch is very creepy when you sit down or move around. The creeping started the first week I owned it.

Sleek and FirmAlexandriaWe purchased this couch for the end of our king bed. It’s firm and sleek and adds extra seating in our room for watching tv and now, putting our socks on in the morning is easier since our bed is really high. It’s way better than a bench. Even the dogs love it!
Cute but Impossible to Clean...EmilyIt's okay. It's cute, but extremely difficult to clean without getting water stainage. I tried to clean it according to directions, and it looks awful. It's a very hard couch and wouldn't be comfortable for anything other than casual lounging for short periods.
Great little sofaDeborahThis stylish sofa is firm and very comfortable to sit on. I would categorize it's simple but esthetically pleasing design as "less is more" and its clean lines is what caught my eye. It is like a blank canvas too, in that you can do a lot with pillows to create a seasonal feel or to add to the colour scheme of the room. This is a great sofa and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Poor qualityPurushotamQuality is very poor. Within a 5 months base started sinking and parts which already came as assembled (base to which spring is attached) started loosening. Finally today front portion of base got dislocated and now furniture is if no use. Would not recommend this item to anyone. Very disappointed.

Damaged in the first 15 days AvishaIt was delivered fine, the assembly experience was great but then one of the seats now sinks inside. And maybe 2 people have sat on it! Very disappointed.
Also, I am a girl who lives alone so taking this physically to the store is impossible. I guess I am stuck with it now :(
Buyer experienceTanyaThis is the firmer sofa ever. It says firm but it should say prison firm or it is like seating on a hard wood floor. The appearance as well doesn’t look or feel welcoming. Trying to return it was a night late and costly. You paid $70 for delivery then another $69 for ikea to come get it. So it cost me $139 for a sofa that I don’t have !!!!
