Not acceptable Customer Service !!PaulaLack of Ikea support. Plastic piece broke while trying to assemble. Drove to Ikea but couldn't get part. Told to try Richmond store after 1 hour drive. They would not call to see if part was in stock. That is 2 hours away from our house. Part supposedly ordered but could have to come from Sweden. Will not buy again from Ikea as customer service is not what it should be !!!! I may have to go without a table for a month was stated. 1

A good buy.LindsayThis is not the easiest piece of furniture that I have assembled. I advise separating all the hardware into individual piles before starting. A power drill set on a fairly low torque, with screwdriver bits is a great asset.
Assembly took me about 3 hours all told but, when assembled, it is an excellent table. The extension storage is a really clever idea and works perfectly.
This is a good morning or afternoon project for those who are fairly handy, or used to building or assembling this kind of furniture. For those not skilled, it will probably take the better part of a day. Read the instructions carefully before you begin. Work slowly, and read each instruction twice. Don't overtighten and strip any screw holes. Again, separate all parts first, and lay them out in order of assembly. Enjoy the work...it is worth the effort!5
