Damaged product receivedKaterynaI ordered an IKEA PAX wardrobe a month ago and paid $39 for delivery - what a nightmare. The first delivery was split: half from IKEA, half from BC via Purolator. The shelves from BC were heavy, unprotected, and arrived broken. After contacting IKEA, I was promised replacements with proper packaging. The second delivery arrived the same way - broken again. So now I’ve had a half-assembled wardrobe sitting in my house for two months. On the third attempt, I called customer service twice, support was minimal, and they reassured me packaging would be correct. Guess what? Everything arrived broken again. This is beyond frustrating. IKEA wastes shipping and product while ignoring local stock in Calgary. When I explained I don’t have a car (the reason I paid for delivery), customer service told me, “You can ask a friend to pick it up.” What a joke.

Damaged product receivedSreejitOf the 8 units purchased, upon delivery, we noticed 5 of the units had minor damage upon opening the delivery package. The chances are that the product would have been damaged during transit since the products were not properly secured inside the package. Since the units were relatively tough to obtain, we are using the product.
