Damaged product receivedSreejitOf the 8 units purchased, upon delivery, we noticed 5 of the units had minor damage upon opening the delivery package. The chances are that the product would have been damaged during transit since the products were not properly secured inside the package. Since the units were relatively tough to obtain, we are using the product.

Malformed Support ScrewJohn1 shelf support had a malformed screw. I bought 4 shelves, only 1 had an issue but it still is annoying not to be able to finish assembly.

Good but can be betterRajanya ReddyThe shelves are good but sag in between after we arrange our stuff. Its expected because it's not hardwood. If happens when the shelves are wide.
Solution: Stick with Pax frames that are lower in width which will have shelves that are lower in width.
Note to IKEA: please keep in mind that in reality, people don't have 3 shirts, 2 pants and 2 sweaters... They have LOT of stuff which weigh down on the shelf. So, it would be good to reconsider the material of the shelf or the width.

Consistent qualityAnonymousHave bought several, with identical fit in a Pax system. The pins are a bit tricky to align so it is advisable not to tighten to much, as this allows some articulation when seating the shelf in the Pax wardrobe.
Omar shelving unitFaribaI love the product itself but I wish you sold the extra shelves for this shelving unit separately. Now for having only one more shed( 4 instead of 3), I have to buy one extra shelving unit. Taking one shelf out of the box and discard the rest.
