DrawersFrankHard to out together and the way it’s set up it’s too easy to make a mistake and the boards are too fragile for that.2
Not intuitiveKattyThe bottom needs to be perfectly angled and doesn't hold in place. The plastic screw is difficult to get in just the right angle to fit the hole. I miss the days where you could screw in everything and it fit just right. For the railing, you end up having to hammer in a plastic piece while being on the downside of the drawer? Make this make sense! I hated building these and I usually like building the Ikea pieces.2

New design even worstIffatRecieved a new design of the drawer as a replacement since the last year's one side rail malfunctioned within a year. The assembly even worse than before..nothing sits perfectly until you force that. One side of the drawer are completely screwed in that you cannot take off once put in. For me Pax is officially Ikea's worst product.1

The worst product I've ever boughtEricThis is the worst product I've ever seen. The way they've angled the bottom insert has made it so that you basically have a one in a million chance of aligning everything correctly. This is a horrible product and would've made me avoid PAX altogether. 1
Pax is probably their worst productIffatI bought these drawers 1 year back, all the rails stopped working. When I went for replacement rails the shops could not give me only rail. I got replacement through online chat after 5 or 6 tries. Because all of them did not malfunction at once, then an agent put wrong order, and they kept ending chats if you are not there for 2mints. And I repainted the front of the drawer. Imagine within a year I am having to get replacement and will have to repaint, assemble all those again..and until I get those replacements my place is a mess. Had to refuse guest coming even1

Poor quality materials - ended up in the garbageColinThis item was made from very poor quality particle board - several of the screws/fixtures caused the particle board to rupture during assembly1
Komplement drawerDanInstructions are poor - should give precise spacing dimensions to help with planning and installation - I have to disassemble. Could also recommend to install using glue - I used a latex-based glue in tube to give it extra rigidity.4

Material

What is particleboard?

Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.

"What was difficult but also fun about designing KOMPLEMENT series was the challenge of finding a common look and style for many different functions. We wanted the design to work for elegant glass drawers as well as trouser hangers and shoe shelves. Everything should look beautiful together, no matter which interior organizers you choose. The idea behind KOMPLEMENT is to make it easier for you to find your favorite clothes and accessories. That’s why the interior organizers have a neutral style, with soft friendly shapes that show what’s inside."
