New design even worstIffatRecieved a new design of the drawer as a replacement since the last year's one side rail malfunctioned within a year. The assembly even worse than before..nothing sits perfectly until you force that. One side of the drawer are completely screwed in that you cannot take off once put in. For me Pax is officially Ikea's worst product.

The worst product I've ever boughtEricThis is the worst product I've ever seen. The way they've angled the bottom insert has made it so that you basically have a one in a million chance of aligning everything correctly. This is a horrible product and would've made me avoid PAX altogether.
Pax is probably their worst productIffatI bought these drawers 1 year back, all the rails stopped working. When I went for replacement rails the shops could not give me only rail. I got replacement through online chat after 5 or 6 tries. Because all of them did not malfunction at once, then an agent put wrong order, and they kept ending chats if you are not there for 2mints. And I repainted the front of the drawer. Imagine within a year I am having to get replacement and will have to repaint, assemble all those again..and until I get those replacements my place is a mess. Had to refuse guest coming even

Poor quality materials - ended up in the garbageColinThis item was made from very poor quality particle board - several of the screws/fixtures caused the particle board to rupture during assembly
Komplement drawerDanInstructions are poor - should give precise spacing dimensions to help with planning and installation - I have to disassemble. Could also recommend to install using glue - I used a latex-based glue in tube to give it extra rigidity.

Great once you get itTracyThe drawer is large ad fits a lot, very sturdy. The only problem with buying it in grey is it takes a long time to get in stock and you have to try several times either in person or online to get it. But now that I have all the pieces it looks great.

Note to IKEA: Please keep in mind that in reality, people don't have 3 shirts, 2 pants and 2 sweaters... They have LOT of stuff which weigh down on the drawer bottom. So, it
would be good to reconsider the material of the drawer bottom or provide support material underneath so that the bottom can withstand the weight and does not come out of its groove.
Don't extend fullyJessicaI have the 75x35 drawer and it only opens about halfway. It's pretty useless for trying to put clothes in. If I had known about this I would've bought a different closet system. I'm looking for a hack to make this functional.
Too hard to obtainAnonymousThis whole Pax wardrobe consistently has pieces out of stock. We've been trying to build ours for 2 months. If a few pieces are out of stock I would honestly consider a wardrobe system with another company.
