DIY DreamNicoleI took the bottom out of 2 of these baskets. Stripped the metal frame from my old sconce shades and stitched into place in the bottom of the basket. It took 1/2hr maybe and we have new wall sconce shades in our bedroom. They let a beautiful light through and we've gotten many compliments on them. I had priced rattan shades online and the price was 3-4x more, plus I couldn't see them and the colour variations. This was a much better solution for us.5

Beautiful weave and ultra lightThiThe baskets look generic and unassuming on screen but they are quite well made for the price. The weaving pattern stands out as the light reflects off the bamboo material. The bottom of the largest basket is made sturdy and doesn't sink when carrying a big plant inside. The plastic water catching tray provides a thoughtful touch to a whole simple design. Being made of bamboo, it's lighter than wicker baskets and more rigid than jute. They add very little weight to the plants if you decide to thread it and hang it up. Beauty in simplicity.5
