Deeply regret this purchase. 0/5 stars. DO NOT recommend.SharonBought this sofa and paid for home delivery. Couch arrived 10 days ago, with a faulty piece that makes assembly impossible. Now I have a half-built couch and a bunch of pieces and hardware littering up my living room, making the whole room unusable. My husband and I have called Ikea three times and so far we have no idea when, how, or, frankly, IF Ikea will resolve the situation. They are treating our home like a free storage facility for broken furniture. The customer service reps are very nice but have no power to help us. If you can't physically get this couch to and from a store yourself, DO NOT gamble with Ikea. I'm out over a thousand dollars and have no confidence that Ikea will ever replace this broken couch or refund me the money. I regret trusting Ikea and wish we'd paid more and gone with a more reliable vendor.1

Immediately noticed the fit of the covers are inconsistent which deform the cushion and it doesn’t sit well on the couch. I have a large gap between the chaise and cushion which is uncomfortable and looks horrendous, the chaise cushion perks up in the front due to small cover which in turn pulls on the base cover pulling the stitching making a hole and lastly the back cushion on the chaise is flimsy and deformed. It’s definitely over priced for the quality you receive. 2

love seat The L shape part is quiet flimsy, the back pillow part feels like one of those cheap pillows where the filling moves around and get like ball shapes under the fabric.
I have contacted ikea but bcs the part does not have a mode number still the problem is not resolved I guess I need to go there in person
The fabric we choose attracts everything and all lint from the cloths gets attached to the fabric not the very best one .We have had this sectional for about 3 months and I am obsessed with cleaning but i can’t keep it clean
We have covered the sofa and I personally do not like to cover the sofa the previous one we had we never covered it and we used it for 17 years while raising my daughter.

Cependant, quelle mauvaise surprise lorsque j'ai eu fini de le monter et de constater à quel point le tissu etait rugueux....et pas un peu rugueux, genre qu'il est difficile de s'asseoir en short car ça pique la peau. Et que dire de la qualité du rembourrage coussins qui fait des genres de "mottons" et ce malgré avoir travaillé fort pour les placer dans la housse. Bref, je pense comprendre pourquoi ce divan est en spécial en ce moment...est-ce une mauvaise batch? Ça n'a aucun sens...1
