The Tresund fabric with a clear texture is made of 100 percent recycled polyester and cotton. It has a nice two-tone effect with a lustre and a wonderfully soft feeling that adds to the comfort.
Extra covers to alternate with mean it's easy to give both your sofa and room a new look.
The cover is easy to keep clean since it can be machine washed and is easy to take off and put on again.

UnimpressedTheresaI've had a Kivik loveseat for 11 years and finally bought a new cover. The last one was great and lasted a long time, despite kids, a dog, dirt and stains. We finally conceeded and bought a much needed new cover and after a month it started pilling. The vacuum pulled threads (!!) and we noticed small flaws in the material from day 1. I'm seriously considering returnjng it and putting the old, tired one back on. The quality has taken a nosedive on the Kivik cover.

Great cover but stupid pick up processRoryChecked online and indicated over 100 in stock at North York IKEA. Go to the store to find don’t actually stock it in the store. You have to go to the pick up location on Gordon Baker Road. Totally stupid. Could have ordered it online and just gone directly there to pick it up and saved my time and gas money.

Love the look but hard to cover cushionsSandiBeautiful looking loveseat, but the cover look bunched up, as they are extremely hard to put on. They also cheaped out, replacing the cushion fabric, with a strip of thin fabric that is different on the backside, so you can't flip the cushions regularly. As others have mentioned, it is extremely hard to get the covers on this loveseat! My husband and I have bought a ton of ikea furniture over the years and this, by far, was the most disappointing in relation to how the cushion covers look. The inserts need to be a bit smaller for a snug but proper fit.
Disappointed in fabric qualityJackieWe purchased the love seat with the Tibbleby cover. After 6 months the seat cushions look very worn. Disappointing to say the least.
