The modules in the comfortable JÄTTEBO series can be combined as you like, create a large or small sofa that suits you perfectly and add more parts when your needs change.

You can add armrests to your sofa to give it a more embracing feel.

Combine this armrest with chaise longue modules, seat modules and headrests. Use the planning tool to put the modules together in different ways until the combination feels just right.

This cover is made of Tonerud, a soft polyester fabric with a felt look and a two-toned melange effect.

The cover is easy to keep clean since it can be machine washed and is easy to take off and put on again.

The cover has a lightfastness level of 5 (the ability to resist color fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.This cover’s ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 50,000 cycles. 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture used every day at home. Over 30,000 cycles means a good ability to resist abrasion.This seating furniture is tested and complies with relevant strength and durability standards. The tests simulate typical usage of the product and are based on use by persons weighing up to 110 kg.

Comfy sofa with bonus storage - good luck with ordering!KarenWe love our new Jättebo sofa sectional. It is very comfortable, but definitely requires some cushions for extra support. Thankfully, the sofa is deep enough to accommodate them. We also love the extra storage space! Assembly was ok except getting the cover on the chaise was a bit frustrating. The major negative about this was the ordering experience. Many of the Jättebo components were out of stock at different times so we couldn’t order the whole thing at once. We ended up getting the chaise and seats in one order and then a few days later the armrests were in stock, but the website would only let us order one at a time (we needed two). Unfortunately, this meant paying $50 in extra shipping charges. It would be great if IKEA could resolve this problem!5

When designing it, I wanted to make a sofa that looks just as nice from all sides and can stand against a wall or in the middle of the room. It has a simple shape, clean lines and is super comfy – surprising many people when they sit in it. The function and shape are equally important, so each seating module has storage in it. A sofa that becomes the home’s centre."
