Not good quality stainless steelAngelaBought it and put in dishwasher twice before was going to use it to make rice. Thankfully wiped bottom with papertowel to dry before putting on stove and black stuff came off of it onto the papertowel. I dumped out the rice and wiped the whole pot with papertowel and black stuff continuously came off. I hand washed it this time and rubbed well with sponge. Wiped with papertowel and still black stuff continuously came off on papertowel. That’s three full washes and still black stuff came off. Returned it right away after that. Not a good quality stainless steel. I have never had any problems with any of my brand name good quality pots at home even after the first wash they are clean.
