Magnetic knife rack.JaniceI really want this to work for my kitchen knives. These take up way less space than a bulky knife block. The issue I am having is I don't want to drill into my ceramic back splash. So I initially used a super strong tape (alien tape), it seemed like it would work, but then the back of the knife rack doesn't have full contact with the wall. I am working to build up the back of the rack and will try the tape again. I am also investigating super strong glue options. If this fails, I will likely return it... and sadly go with another knife block, or consider emptying a drawer and use some sort of insert. 4

Some items don’t hang straightRonThere are 2 rows of 5 or 6 individual magnets each. For some reason the magnets on the top row are not spaced the same as the ones on the bottom row. As a result some items won’t hang straight depending where along the magnet they are located.1

Very strong magnets, will definitely hold your knife in position. I got 7 knives on it easily enough, and of course, left more space in the cutlery drawer!!
