Nice pan, but inner coating ruined everythingSnizhanaGot the pan in 2023, absolutely loving the design and how comfortable this pan is, especially the lid! BUT the inner coating have got strange spots after 2 months of use and it got only worse with time. At first I thought I can deal with it, but it's too much now. No matter how carefully I was using this pan and drying it with a towel right after cooking and washing (with the soft part of the sponge and non-abrasive products), these spots got spread all around from inner side. The only thing left to do now is to throw this pan because I am kind of concerned if it is safe to cook in it and what is the nature of these spots. It would definitely be better if this item had no inner coating, just 100% steel, but it is what it is. And if you get attached to the things that surround you and which you like same as i get attached to, then seeing these items getting bad with NO REASON can definitely make you feel pretty upset.2
Great pot, not sure about the lidJehanI love this pot, it’s pretty big so great for sauces. I made a double batch of ragu and found my cleanup was easier because there was less splattering out of the pot! The only thing I don’t like is that the glass lid does not have a metal rim, so I’m not sure how long it will last. And if/when it breaks I’m not sure what I’ll do at that point. A metal rim plus a small vent in the lid would have made this a five star item for me!4
Quality potDuncanThis one costed more than other similar pots in Ikea of the same capacity but it's worth every dollar. I like the heavy glass lid and the thick bottom for even heat distribution. 5

I hard boil eggs a few times a week. This pot has made just that a thousand times easier with its great lid. It’s solid, it cooks evenly and works great on my induction cooktop. I’m going to have to buy another piece from this line! :)
