Good large pan after lots of useSueI’ve been using this pan daily for about 10 months on an induction stove top, and find it easy to use, excellent heat conduction, and the non stick works well (I always add a little oil or butter). It still looks new - no damage to the ceramic non stick coating. Using plastic or wood cooking tools, rarely cooking on extreme high heat, and not shocking the pan by soaking when still very hot probably helps maintain the surface. The pan is quite heavy (it’s very large, and steel) but this hasn’t been a problem as I rarely need to lift it when full. The helper handle is useful if needed. I would happily buy it again.

Excellent panMarkExcellent pan for general use. Not light, but to me that is a benefit as it makes the pan sit flat on my coiltop stove. Handle can get hot right where it connects to the pan since it is metal, but if you hold it a little higher up the heat does not travel far. I hand wash the pan shortly after using it each time (letting it cool a bit first, but not all the way to room temp) and have not had any issues with the coating or with food sticking. I wash it with blue dawn dishsoap and use an ikea plastic dish brush to scrub it. I dry it immediately and hang it up by the handle. I use wood or plastic utensils when cooking in it. Very low amount of effort to maintain this pan. This pan also does not use PFAS or PTFE for its non stick coating. TLDR: excellent frying pan, good weight, easy to clean by hand. Dont abuse it and it will last.

It is not since day 1 and it is getting worsen and worsen. I gave up after 2months. We have not had any issues with other brand non stick pan.
The problem is once you used it, you cannot return and we just stuck here. Will throw it away and get another one.

After just a few months of normal use, despite following all maintenance instructions, the non-stick coating began to peel off in chunks. I wish I could upload pictures. This is probably one of the worst-value products I’ve bought recently, despite seemingly stellar reviews.
I would love to return it and get a refund because the quality is just unbelievable.

Good size for whole meal prep and presentationRandySince getting this, with the large surface area, I am using to cook my entire dinner - from frying chops, chicken or fish, and side vegetables and even noodles or rice. The pan is nice looking and with clean edges fits nicely as the center on a dinner table. So now since cooking with this pan, I reduce the number of serving plates and pots and pans needed to prepare a meal.
Paired with the 13 inch Klockren lid, makes for nice cover use in the oven (I replaced the Klockren plastic knob to metal) and so using the pan almost like an oven braiser.
The only drawback is while the non-stick is very good, my experience with any non-stick is at best 3 to 5 years. I am onto my 3rd year with this pan, and the non-stick is starting to show is wear. But luckily when I bought this on sale, I bought 2 extra, so these should last me at least a decade and half or more!
Non Stick Coating Came Off Within a MonthJakeStarted off great, but the non stick coating quickly came off. Completely useless now. Waste of money.
Love it!MichaelHas decent weight to the pan, heats up nicely, large face so that two steaks can be cooked at once without them touching. The handle is very comfortable to use for me, and is at a really good angle to the pan for use as well. Have bought a few of them at this point!

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?
Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties.
