Product details

You can use this gazebo in different ways – freestanding, against an outer house wall, over the main entrance of your home or combine two to cover a larger area, whatever suits your needs.

The durable canopy fabric is fade-resistant to keep the colour fresh for longer.

The fabric gives very good protection against the sun’s UV rays as it has a UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) rating of 25+, which means it blocks 96% of the ultraviolet radiation.

The fabric is made of polyester, of which at least 90% is recycled – a durable material which is tested, approved and free from harmful substances and additives.

The canopy is machine-washable and easy to remove from the frame thanks to the hook-and-loop fasteners.

The gazebo frame is made of durable powder-coated steel, so it’s maintenance-free and easy to take care of.

Good to know

The gazebo does not provide protection against reflected or scattered solar ultraviolet radiation.

Always remove the fabric from the gazebo frame in windy conditions.

Possible to separate for recycling or energy recovery if available in your community.

To extend the life of your gazebo, clean it regularly on the outside and inside and store it in a cool, dry place indoors. Please follow the disassembly instruction to disassemble.

Two people are required to do the assembly.

Plastic pegs are included to secure the gazebo on a lawn, fixing devices for other materials are not included.

Care

The best way to extend the life of your gazebo is by cleaning it regularly, both outside and inside, and storing it in a cool, dry place indoors when the season is over.

To avoid damage to your gazebo, we recommend that you always remove the roof of the gazebo during heavy rain or wind.

Clean: Use a mild soapy solution.

Maintenance: Require no maintenance.

Machine wash warm, normal cycle.

Great gazebo, but canopy lasts only few seasonsMartinaI had this gazebo for 2 summers until the canopy ripped. I took it off for winter, but during the second summer I noticed the fabric was already starting to get brittle, by the end of the second summer the canopy ripped during a storm when I wasn't home. Unfortunately due to the very favorable price the canopy fabric is cheap, not rip stop, not UV treated. It would probably double the price with good quality durable outdoor fabric. Sadly at this price the canopy is almost disposable, so it would be nice if IKEA offered replacement canopy too.3

canapyDeanIt fit right whee we wanted it nicely. The roof is a tight fit so if it rains a little it will shed off. It doesn’t show but it does have an over hang which we liked also.5

Cannot replace coverJennaBought this Gazebo in Spring 2024 , it was ripped/damaged from wind by the end of that summer. Sadly you cannot purchase a replacement cover. Extremely disappointing as I love this gazebo and have had so many neighbours comment on but not the same with a retrofitted cover. Ikea please fix this issue.1

Love it but…ShelbyI love this as it was easy to put together, even alone like I was, but a wind storm in the fall tore through the cover in half . And I haven’t been able to buy a replacement as you don’t sell them online in Canada like other regions and I don’t live close to an IKEA to constantly check for replacements. Please bring replacements to be purchased online in Canada as I don’t need whole new one Gunnon just the top/ cover piece and it’s an odd size so I can even buy a no name replacement. 3
Summer Deck Cover GuyMy deck is on the top floor with no roof like everyone below me, facing south east. This cover I bought fits perfectly on the deck. It was windy a few days ago, so I will anchor it to the railing by three of the poles, and put wood under the two poles so I don't have to duck going under the cross beams next to my apartment. I plan to buy the wood privacy screens to go with it. 5

More durable than it looksHollyWe bought this gazebo this summer and couldn't be happier with it. Our area gets very strong wind so we had to bolt it to the patio. It's been through multiple storms without any issue. The cover was doing great until we had a hail storm with hail the size of loonies. The hail was so big that it left vehicles covered in dents and tore holes in the siding on the houses. Even then, the gazebo cover ended up with only two smalls 3" tears. I was expecting it to be shredded so I'd say it's made pretty tough. It would still be nice if they sold replacement covers as l would buy a couple extra to keep on hand as this gazebo is exactly what we were looking for. I guess I'll just have to do my best to patch it myself. I'm very happy with this product and definitely recommend it to others. Oh and as for assembly, the instructions say you need two people but I assembled it myself without help from anyone and I'm only 5'4" and 130 lbs.5

Love the half GazeboMandyI love the simple design, it provides the perfect amount of shade for our small patio. I didn’t love the instructions though. Lots of room to improve with IKEA instructions, that was a bit of a hassle setting it up!5

It is an excellent gazebo. We bought two of them to give us shade on our terrace. Good quality, the legs do not take much space. In case of strong wind we remove the top canvas.
