Not waterproof!SeanI bought 4 of these for my kids beds. Last night my youngest had an accident, and when I took off the sheets and protector I found that it had soaked through and the mattress was very wet!
I am upset because we don't have a lot of money and I have spent a lot on the mattress. This protector should have held up against one slip up. Please don't buy -- it isn't waterproof.1

This is the first IKEA brand. They look identical to the other brands I purchased in the past
So far A+++. I tested the IKEA twin by pouring water on it , while on the mattress.
Let it soak , zero water underneath.
I’ve just washed two of them now, in the dryer on low & will test again for waterproofing.
