Troublesome to installAnonymousIt shines good light, but the installation is challenging. You have to take it apart to install it. The expectation is that all wires plus its own large screw will fit into the electrical box - this may be challenging in houses with older stiffer wires. I trimmed the house wires and still had difficulty jamming all wires into the box… and if they’re not jammed in enough you can’t put the light back together and complete installation. Challenging to do this at height on a ladder. Would not buy again.2

Plus the screw on cover keeps falling down- the glue released? I’d return them but it’s already installed so we will have to glue them.3

What is glass?

Glass is mainly made of sand, soda and lime melted at a high temperature. Tempering or various additives gives you extra-strong and impact-resistant glass that in some cases can be taken straight from freezer to oven without cracking. A big benefit is how glass can be recycled over and over without the quality deteriorating. Also, a lot less energy is needed to melt recycled glass compared to new raw materials. Our goal is to eventually use only recycled glass in our range.
