Difficult to loadGillianThe thing I hate about my kitchen the most. Very hard to level with the install. Bottom rack slips out of place. Can’t figure a good way to load ANYTHING in the designed prongs. But it does clean the dishes.1
Listen to the reviewsJesseWithout a doubt the worst designed dishwasher I’ve ever seen. You can’t fit any large plates in because the spacing on the bottom rack is so close together and the cutlery tray is right in the middle of the bottom rack, completely taking up all the room. A complete waste of money and time, but maybe it’s good if you don’t use plates1
Listen to the other reviews.BrianI dont know who designed the racking or r&d for this thing but can them. Normal plates of any size dont fit. Top racking is way to low. Can't even put a juice jug or any pan in the bottom. The racks are to close and the others are to far apart. Not a great investment on my part. I should have listened. Only reason for 2 stars is it does clean well.2
Ok dishwasherCynthia"I hesitated to get this dishwasher due to the bad reviews but chose it for the convenience of using an IKEA panel. After a month of use, it cleans really well. I agree with others that the setup for plates and bowls is tight—larger plates don’t fit perfectly, and the cutlery basket in the middle takes up space. However, I love the auto door opening for steam release and the floor light indicator. Overall, very happy with this dishwasher

I Regret Buying This DishwasherAlishaThe machine does NOT fit dishes as it suggests. The slots to hold dishes are too narrow for most of our dishes, and we have 'normal' Ikea dishes. We choose it for the stainless steel interior but it's useless in functionality. Such a shame, i wish i could return it. 1
Do not buy this machinsCandiceI never write reviews, but I do not want other people to purchase this machine. It's so small and does not fit large plates well. It's very poorly designed and not ideal for more than one person. Do not waste your money. 1
Loading dishes not user friendly. GiriDish washer designed for European style dishes. Would like to be for American style dishes. 4
I was disappointed with the amount of room inside.PaulThe lower rack looks great. That is before you start loading dinner plates. Ours are 10 and a quarter inches diameter. The prongs are so close together the plates stow upright which means they impede the sprinkler arm above them. The upper tray has 10 inches headroom, far too much for cups, glasses and small plates. If the upper tray were raised one inch and the prongs on the lower tray were not so close together that would solve the problem. Obviously whoever designed the trays does not have this model. If I'd known about the problem I would not have chosen this model. I am disappointed.3
Don't understand why it has a low ratingOpheliaWe reluctantly got this dishwasher because it was the only large built in option for the ikea kitchen we built ourselves and the reviews were horrible. To our surprise, It fits very large plates (over 10 inch) and even fits plates with a lip. I run it twice a day sometimes. It's superbquiet and quick enough (2.5 hour including drying) it opens automatically to let any remaining moisture out after it dries and works absolutely perfect. The top rack has 2 options for height so please play with that! Rinse aid is mandatory with this model dishwasher according to the manual so keep that in mind. That's the only negative I see with it so far. I've been using it for 2 months now and couldn't be happier with this purchase.5
Awful product for the costDimitriNot sure where to start or how to explain the amount of disappointment with this product.
First off, the installation instructions and control buttons may as well have been in hieroglyphics, I’d sooner understand those..
Secondly, the dish racks are horrid. Unless your plates are entirely flat, good luck squeezing them in to the dish plate slots. We have brand new dishes from our wedding that absolutely do not fit in the pegs. One could say that’s a customer over sight but how could you even think that a DISHWASHER can’t wash dishes with a slight lip on them.
The build quality also feels extremely cheap and flimsy. I would be suprised if this product lasts 5 years.
The ability to customize the layout of the racks by flipping rows of pegs down or sliding things is just non existent.
For the price of the item you’re better off paying a bit more and buying something else. At least the projected LED timer on the floor is cool.. 1
Works ok but…JennaWorks alright. Dishes come out clean so it seems to do the job. My big complaint is that dinner plates don’t fit. Mine are IKEA brand and the blade sits too low so hits the plates preventing the blade from spinning. Pretty disappointing that this dishwasher can’t fit a standard size plate. I would have selected a different dishwasher had I known about this issue.2
