Perfect replacement. AnonymousI was adding new doors to an older version of IKEA cabinets and miscalculated on the end panels. This worked well, saving me time and money. The store associate who helped me was the least friendly person I have ever encountered in IKEA.

Finishing TouchPatThe panel was needed to cover the end a sexton cabinet used for a pantry. It finished the pantry with the same colour and finish as the doors we used. However, it is a standard size and is slightly larger (1/2”) than the cabinet. We did not use the IKEA mounting system that the larger size is meant to cover. You have to be aware of this extra 1/2” and plan how to take care of this.
🤑I thought it was at least....JerryI thought it was at least walnut veneer board...for the money Ikea asks for these panels 🤑🤪..but NO...everything is getting cheaper in quality and more costly in Ikea..
Cheap thin plastic foil on top a particle board..and it costs so much money?!?!..
It also has some small defects which you obviously only notice when it is everything cut and assembled....so no refund for that...and you have to spend more money or live with it....yak......they should start thinking about changing their name..maybe 'Cheapkia'...?!

Warped PanlesMahdiWe have purchased a lot of these panels for our custom-made closets last year. This year we purchased a few more for a different project. After taking them home and cutting them into sizes, we noticed that 80% of them had warped significantly. I'm not sure what is Ikea's returned/exchange policy in the situation where we have cut the panels but it has created a lot of trouble for us!!! I wish they were the same quality as it used to be but ....!!!
Hinge hole placement problemsJohnThe panel has hinge holes on both sides. My handles on all the other doors were set at 2.5 inches from the end. This was fine for all the other doors because they are symmetrical and only have hinge holes in one side. On this panel, my door handle hole was exactly over the top hinge hole!
Also, your kitchen planners in Calgary don't know much about your products or basic installation information. The staff in Edmonton 5 years ago were infinitely better

Mistake will use in another job.RogerInitial plan was to have this board to divide fridge space but final kitchen worked better not to install. Too costly to send back for return so kept board for another job planning to do next year. Will use a IKEA kitchen same style as the pieces are easy to build and install.
