Product details

Storage space under the chaise. The lid stays open so you can safely and easily take things in and out.

You can place the chaise section to the left or right of the sofa, and switch whenever you like.

The sofa's sections can be combined in different ways to get a size and shape that suits you. If you ever need a larger sofa, you can always add a section or two.

This comfortable sofa has pocket spring seat cushions with high resilience foam and a top layer of wadding. It provides a nice comfort and support for your body while maintaining the shape of the seat cushions.

This cover is made of dope-dyed Gunnared fabric in polyester. It is a durable fabric with a wool-like feel, a warm look and a two-toned melange effect.

The cover is easy to keep clean since it is removable and machine washable.

Slopes, leading to neck pain, and chaise is too shortRebeccaThe chaise is too short to be useful when laying down - it is pointless to even bother with a chaise this short. But worse, the part of the chaise that meets the back of the couch slopes downwards, making the middle and end of the chaise (where your feet go) higher than where you have your head, which means your entire body is tilted backwards when laying down. This is extremely uncomfortable when you’re lying down. You need to put extra pillows to make up for the downward slope, but even with pillows it cranks your neck into a bad position and I am now getting neck pain from it! I think the issue is the design - the chaise can be lifted up for storage, but the hinge at the back of the couch means that section is lower to accommodate the hinging mechanism. Regardless of the reason for this, it is extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the entire couch is much too hard, making it doubly uncomfortable. We will not be buying another ikea couch and regret this purchase.1

Custom Couch w/Custom ProblemsThomasThe instructions to build this couch were not easy to find and when I called for support the ikea specialist had no clue what I was ultimately asking for and could only offer me a solution of talking me through my couch build. Each individual couch piece needs to be assembled, and the instructions are included. But the instructions to put all of these individual pieces together for your customary designed couch weren’t found until I opened one of the random upholstery items. This was such a headache, and to top it all off! We ordered the Black/Grey upholstery and it looks like a navy blue! *hand to face* that’s what you get for ikea I guess - good thing it’s in the kids play room, not a room you want to present to friends/family.1
