      Nice light soft cottonSarahBeautiful natural off-white colour. Almost looks like a linen but with a much softer texture cotton texture. The fabric is thinner than you might expect too. The weight and feel is almost like a bed sheet and it's slightly transparent. Not quite the kind of fabric I would use for upholstery, but I was able to double it up and create a welcome banner out of it for my wedding. Honestly it's a great price for the size and quality!5

      What is cotton?

      Cotton is one of the world's most appreciated and used natural fibres. Textiles in cotton are soft, hardwearing and can be washed at high temperatures. They are also good at breathing and absorbing moisture – making them pleasant to wear close to the body. Today at IKEA we use more and more recycled cotton and strive to make sure that all the new cotton we use has been grown and produced with less and less amounts of pesticides, fertilizers and water.
