Piece of junkNicoleThis thing is a piece of junk. None of the pieces align properly. The nails don’t screw in all the way. We wasted a lot of time picking this out, getting it home, assembling, only to find out it’s defective. So now we’re on our way back to IKEA to return it.

Stay with it.DianeOk so I wanted to respond to the posts here with the massive gap as I had this too. I couldn't figure out how my piece could be cut too short. Everything was perfect except the doors. But if you look at the top of them, you'll see that when this happens the doors are also jutting out, not like the Ikea photo. This is a clue that points to two things - the doors are on upside down / backwards and or the latches need to be adjusted... not just screwed in tight. In my case, I tried adjusting the latches, but I became frustrated as they just wouldn't close... so I decided that the only other issue could be the doors ... and I was right - they were also on wrong. I had to flip them first. Then I went back / forth loosening / tightening - basically adjusting the latches until the gap DID CLOSE. So if you stay with it and troubleshoot it, you'll find that the issue is actually not with the piece at all but with your failure to adjust the door latches, or swap the doors and then adjust them.

Sleek and clean looking and tons of space inside to fit my toddlers toys bins. They were easy to assemble and I was able to do it by myself within an hour.
