We bought this due to a leak in the basement and needed to have everything entertainment on one floor. Best decision we made. The unit looks so beautiful. Well made and when put together it’s perfect!!the drawers are deep and big enough for misc and the shelves fit the photo albums. My dad is also on the other shelf where he can be with us. Quality is great and has stood the test of my cats. One likes to walk the top but soon won’t be able too. Warm and welcoming and I have got compliments already!! I had no problem putting them together but I am a hands on person and for me I love putting my ikea items together. This whole unit is perfect and I’m very pleased. We are all. Great investment.

1. Hinges and board needs to improve quality and strength
2. Should have a little bit more width
3. The drawer channels needs to improve in quality to handle daily wear and tear
4. The boards are weak and needs care during installation.
5. Installation is time taking due to too many screws and at times is confusing

What is particleboard?
Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
