Looks nice, but it's too long and not comfortable when sitting back for too longSeenanI bought this sofa a few months ago, but only really used it when I wanted to play games with my tv. It was more comfortable when in the store. I started using it more, nearing the 3 month mark. The couch sinks because the cushions aren't stuffed enough and it's too long for your legs to sit normally; it forces your feet/legs to drift off the cushions. The arm/side frames are flimsy. After sitting too long (hours), you start feeling the frame/backboard of the couch.
So, I tried returning it. IKEA had us take pictures, videos, and still, they kept going back to the 'this is passed 3 months, can't return it' like robots with no care for customer service. So, the couch is average and the customer service is useless if the 3 month mark passes. Sure, it's policy but obviously as a human, you should have some sense of decency. IKEA would 100% financially recover from the return.
Tread carefully if you plan to use the couch for long periods of time and/or don't have extremely long legs.2
Make sure the back is tautChitrangadaI've had this couch for 2 years now and just recently figured out that it was originally built wrong. Make sure when you're building it, the back part is taut, the fabric is not supposed to look like a hammock. I knew there was something wrong with it when I first bought it second hand but I finally fixed it. If built wrong it will be an extremely deep seated couch but when built correctly it is of normal depth and will work just fine for short people. Otherwise this couch is awesome, you can clean the entire thing by removing the fabric, the quality of the fabric is great and it's cat-scratch proof, their nails can't dig in to it and pull out the threads. The cushions aren't the best and you have to fluff them a lot, they will sink in. I like the space at the bottom for hiding storage and it's perfect to sleep on. I wish you could buy the cushions and side cushions separately though I want more cushions on the side.4

More for show than use. DeniseI can’t give a truly fair rating because the sofa is in a room that is rarely used. I can say it looks great. I added large cushions on each end. The few times I sat on it I was very comfortable. The cushions are firm. The fabric is sewn well and fits the frame and cushions perfectly. Task Rabbit put it together quickly and said it was easy to do. 4
Comparative Light and Easy to AssembledXinThis product is in 4 packages. It is easy to be picked up, loaded, unloaded and assembled. Comparing with its price, the quality is great.5
Bad Fabric QualityMuhammadThe quality of the fabric was very bad. The sofa never looked new due to the quality of the fabric. I had a grey fabric on the sofa and the fabric developed white patches on certain areas. The more we tried to clean it, the worst it became.
However, the sofa was comfortable and also had a huge space. This is a wonderful sofa only if the fabric quality can be improved.1
Comfy to sit on and sleepJenniferI've had this couch for 6 months and mostly satisfied with it. This wasn't my first choice after the couch I previously ordered could not be delivered. Assembly was easy but you need two people. It easily holds two adults and I've slept on it many times. I got the beige and it is soft and I have washed it twice no problem. I never had to iron in the wrinkles come out by themselves. Only complaint is I have to adjust the cover weekly,I wish it was attached better. I also rotate the pillows every 2 weeks. The back pillows need taking out of the cover and flipped upside down. I do spend most of winter on the couch lol it was fine in the summer.
Not a couch for bigger people4

Large size, comfortableBrandonI think this is a properly sized sofa and its comfortable. While assembly wasn't necessarily the easiest thing, I had to take it back apart and place the back together again to get it positioned correctly, it did end up being a good buy. I'd recommend. Just be careful with installation and don't rush anything, I didn't rush it and still ended up putting the back support on backwards. I wished the product had slightly more value, it wasn't the lowest cost item available, but its a good sofa.5
It was easy to putMarshallIt was easy to put together and it's very comfortable and looks good.
The question is whether it will stand the test of time because the seat cushions already seem to be getting divots in and it is questionable whether the hammock support (versus and actual wood frame) design will hold up.4
