Great AdhesionSydneyI recently bought a frame from IKEA (it was a medium/larger one) and thought I would try out the adhesive strips. My frame has been up for ~2 weeks and there has been no issues. The adhesive hooks were easy to install and hold up a decent amount of weight. Great option if you don’t want to put holes in your wall. I have yet to take them down so I can’t speak on whether or not it would damage the wall (I have previously used ones like it and the wall was fine).
Do not use for the larger RODALM framesTerri-LeeI purchased and used two ALFTA hooks to hang the 61x91cm RODALM frame (as recommended in their description). I followed the video instructions provided (and even watched a few YouTube videos to be sure I was doing it right), and was impressed at the time by how easy it was. The picture itself was a very light canvas print, and I used the mat that came with the frame. After approximately 4 days, one of the strips peeled from the wall, causing the frame to fall, breaking into pieces :(. The drywall itself wasn't damaged, but now I've got to buy a new frame. So, while I do think these strips will work well for any of the lighter IKEA frames, I do not recommend for the larger RODALM frames *even if the description says you can use two*.

TerribleLauraBought these to mount Ikea picture frames at my office (as recommended by Ikea when I ordered the frames). Two failed in less than 24 hours. Not only did the pictures fall but the hook pulled drywall paper off the wall so now the wall looks terrible. The frames barely weigh anything. We are replacing all of the hooks. Have used command hooks for years. These are not the same.
Haven’t figured it out yet so haven’t used itIsabelleI thought it would be a no brainer, took it to my office to hang a frame and turns out it was more complicated than I had time for. I found some other way to hang the picture and this went in the drawer.
Disappointed – Adhesive Hook Failed and Broke My FrameKing SangI bought these adhesive hooks specifically to hang a lightweight IKEA frame. At first, they seemed to stick fine, but after a short time the hook came loose and the frame fell off the wall, completely breaking the glass.
The product claims to be strong and suitable for hanging, but in my experience it did not hold up at all. I followed the instructions, applied it to a clean surface, and didn’t overload it, yet it still failed.
Very disappointed – not only did the hook not work, it also caused damage. Would not recommend for hanging picture frames or anything fragile.
TerribleTiannaThese hooks do not come off cleanly like the command strips!! When you pull the tabs the strips stretch and rip apart before they release from the wall so now I have a sticky gross mess stuck to my wall. Garbage.
Horrible MariaThe adhesive isn’t strong enough to hold IKEA Sannahed picture frames. Within a few weeks both frames fell of the wall and broke. I’m very disappointed as this is the only condo friendly product available in store.
Does not hold IKEA framesJacklynI used these hooks to hang 5 rodalm picture frames and within 25 hours 3 frames have fallen off the wall with their alfta's. Was hoping for a rental friendly solution and this is not it.
Usless and frustratingMuhammadThe adhesive hardens in just a few seconds so if your placement is misaligned you literally need to remove and throw away the hook. Such a waste.
