Drawer unitBillCannot have table and casters. Bottom panel with pre-drilled holes for casters is also top panel if you want to attach a tabletop.
Maybe notMartinaI have bought two of the same units. One was perfect. However, the other unit - the pre-assembled brackets were in the wrong places. It was not possible to insert all five drawers.

The quality of Ikea products has gone so badAnonymous reviewerFirst, the factory installed railings on the sides of the base were misaligned, so that one of the drawers would stick out. We had to return the unit as there was nothing to do about it:. We bought another one - to replace the defective unit, - and one of the drawer was running too tight and making horrible sound. Had to re-arrange the drawers and play with how we position them until it became more or less alright to use. It's very sad, but Ikea products' quality, unfortunately, has gone unacceptably bad.
Compact and well designedAnnaDrawers slide well. Size is compact but not too tight. Noticed the standard Ikea steel connection hardware is much thinner, hence 4 star not 5. I hope it can last.

Attractive, moveable storageJaclynI bought for use in my temporary art studio, intending to later put it in our office. I’ll have to buy for the office as I’m not giving this unit up. Great storage. The depth of the drawers are deep enough to be useful, but not so deep that you’re wasting space. It rolls easily when you need to move it. The dimensions make it large enough to be good storage but small enough to work in tight spaces.
Perfect for my home office needsTrishaI bought both the tall and shorter Alex for my home office. The many drawers hold a lot of office supplies including paper, computer supplies and smaller items like paper clips, pens and stamps. I like the way I can organize things by drawers and easily find what I’m looking for. It’s been great to help with organizing everything.
Ironing Station for sewing/craftingKarynI purchased the Alex drawers for a mobile ironing station in my new sewing/craft room. Moves easily and houses all my sewing/ironing accessories. Assembly takes a bit of thinking but overall not difficult, just need to be careful about parts that are similar size going in the correct places.
