A quilted mattress protector with a lyocell and cotton blend fabric and a lyocell and polyester filling. The polyester filling is mainly from recycled sources.

A mattress protector between your sheet and mattress protects from stains and dirt and prolongs the life of your mattress.

You experience a comfortable and dry sleep since both the fabric and filling contain lyocell fibers which absorb moisture.

An elastic strap in each corner keeps your mattress protector in place.

The mattress protector is machine-washable at 140°F (Hot), a temperature that kills dust mites.

Do Not Put in the DryerKitFollowed the care instructions for washing, and put in a dryer on low. However the underside of the topper disintegrated and melted, creating hard plastic bumps which in turn shredded the top of my mattress when used. Very disappointed.2

Huge Shrinkage HelenThe shrinkage after washing has been beyond an acceptable amount, as they now barely cover my king-size mattress. I would love to share some pictures, but not available, so I'll have to give measurements. There is a 3.5 inch loss around all sides. I have to pull it down to cover the bottom of the bed, so that our feet don't get moisture into the mattress, and I have to move it to one side to make sure it covers where my partner sleeps near the edge, and leave a nearly 5" gap my side, as I dont sleep near the side. I bought this because I want to be able to hot wash my bed linen and this a hot wash protector, but it obviously can't cope with a hot wash. If something says hot wash, then it needs to be made and sized to accommodate the inevitable shrinkage from hot washing. If I didn't live 2.5 hiurs away from Ikea I would have returned them all, but I don't want to use gas to return a defective product. 2
disappointed with the qualityAliceI finally found a cotton mattress cover that I thought would last. I bought it 9 months ago and it has a hole in the backing. Disappointed. I have only washed it 2-3 times.3

Almost perfectKathleenThe material is great, however, the description said elastic straps fit up to a 16-inch deep mattress. My mattress is 12 inches, and the straps are very tight -- creasing into the foam. If your mattress is 10 inches deep or smaller, this will probably work perfectly. But I would not recommend it for mattresses that are 12 inches deep or larger.4

Easy to place on the mattress, with the elastic bands at the corners. For a basic mattress cover it does the job for my guest foam mattress.
